Privacy policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what data is processed when someone visits this site or writes to the studio, and what rights each person has over it.
Controller
Coffee Cat Studios, the studio of Tom and Delfi, in Argentina. Contact: support@coffeecatstudios.com.
What data is processed
When the site is visited, the hosting provider's server, Hostinger, logs technical data for each request: the IP address, the browser, the page requested and the time. It keeps the site running and protects it.
When someone writes by email, the studio receives the name, email address and message sent. The contact form stores nothing: it opens the sender's email app with the message ready, and that app sends it.
The site has no user accounts, uses no analytics or advertising and builds no profiles of its visitors.
What it is used for
Technical data is used to run and protect the site. Emails are used only to answer the message.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
How long it is kept
Technical logs are kept for the period the hosting provider sets. Emails are kept while they are needed to answer the message and deleted when the person asks.
Third-party services
Some news posts may include YouTube videos. They load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which stores nothing about the visit until the video is played. Once it plays, Google's privacy policy applies.
Links to Steam and Instagram lead to sites with their own policies.
Rights over the data
Anyone can ask to access their data, correct it, delete it or object to its use by writing to support@coffeecatstudios.com. They can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of their country; in Argentina that is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not ask them for data.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of its last update.
